Job description

I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to join a highly established contractor within the social housing sector, travelling within Winchester and surrounding areas.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will receive:

• £21 per hr (temp to perm)
• Company van and fuel card
• Salary 33k-35k when permanent

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:

• Working Planned works
• Working for a social housing contractor
• Installing loft hatches and other carpentry works
• Patch plastering and decorating
• Minor plumbing works

As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll need:

• Social housing experience
• 2 or more trade skills
• Level 2 Carpentry qualification
• Full licence (no more than 6 points)
• Own tools
