Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd seeks a Skilled Labourer / Maintenance Operative to join our responsive repairs team. You will carry out general maintenance and repair work in occupied social housing properties across Warminster and surrounding areas, using a PDA to manage jobs and ensure service quality.

The role offers a temp-to-perm path, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an on-call rota and ongoing training. A driving licence is essential and a DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or as a Skilled Labourer/Maintenance Operative.
• Basic joinery and plumbing skills.
• Good communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A DBS check will be required for this role.

Location: Warminster and surrounding areas (60-90 minute radius)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week

We're looking for a Skilled Labourer / Maintenance Operative to join a responsive repairs team carrying out general maintenance and repair work within occupied social housing properties.
