Job summary

Bigblue Search Ltd. is seeking an experienced multi-trader for a school refurbishment project in Dagenham. Immediate start with ongoing work on a commercial site.

The role requires proven multi-trade experience, ownership of tools, a CSCS Skilled Worker Card, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience.
• Must have a Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card.
• Own a complete set of tools.
• Ability to work independently and to a high standard.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-trade refurbishment works including carpentry, partitioning, ceilings, flooring, decorating, and making good.
• Install and refurbish classrooms, offices, toilets, and commercial kitchen areas to project specifications.
• Fit doors, ironmongery, kitchen units, worktops, sanitaryware, and associated fixtures and fittings.
• Carry out minor plumbing, building, and maintenance works while coordinating with M&E trades.
• Read drawings, maintain high-quality workmanship, and complete snagging to programme deadlines.
• Work safely in live school environments, following health & safety, safeguarding, and site procedures.
