Job summary

EA Associates is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a respected family-run contractor on a high-end residential project in Greater London. The role focuses on stud work and plasterboarding initially, with scope to support the wider site team on varied construction tasks.

Ideal candidates will have proven multi-trade experience, own tools, and a CSCS card, and be reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic in a small team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade
• Strong experience with stud work and plasterboarding is essential.
• Ability to carry out a range of general construction tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to muck in as part of a small team.
• Own tools
• Full 3 Point PPE
• Valid CSCS card
• Reliable, punctual and able to work to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Metal and timber stud work.
• Plasterboarding and drylining.
• Assisting with site deliveries and moving materials.
• Digging trenches and general groundworks.
• Painting and making good.
• Basic brickwork and patch repairs.
• General labouring and supporting other trades as required.
• Keeping the site clean, safe and organised.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work and is happy to get involved wherever needed. While the role will primarily involve stud work and plasterboarding initially, you'll also be expected to support the wider site team with a range of construction tasks.
