Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Multi Trade (Wet Trades) operative for a Housing Maintenance contract in Eastleigh and surrounding areas. You will carry out wet trades tasks such as painting, decorating and plastering inside void properties, with a focus on safety and quality of finish.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ/CSCS qualifications, a full UK driving license and preferably experience in social housing.

Qualifications

NVQ and CSCS qualifications preferred for the role.
Full UK driving licence required.
Social housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Multi Trade construction & maintenance tasks across void properties.
Receive and complete works via PDA device.
Work safely in accordance with health and safety policies.
Painting and decorating, plastering, wallpapering, carpentry as needed.

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around the Eastleigh area. This particular contract is within empty homes (Void properties). 75% of the work is wet trade biased: Painting & Decorating, Plastering etc.
