Job summary

Wates Property Services in Derbyshire is recruiting a Multi Trader to join the responsive maintenance team. You will carry out multi-trade repairs across carpentry, plumbing, plastering and tiling in social housing properties, delivering high-quality repairs and reports.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade and a full UK driving licence, plus experience in social housing. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Derbyshire with a focus on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven experience in social housing or responsive maintenance.
• Ability to carry out multi-trade work to a high standard.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a "right first time" approach.

Responsibilities

About the Role

You'll be a key part of our front-line team, ensuring residents receive a high-quality, efficient service and that repairs are completed right first time.

What You'll Be Doing
