Job description

We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative in the Derby area to work for a well-established social housing contractor. This is a long-term, self-employed role, where a company van & fuel card will be supplied from day one!

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will complete:

• All aspects of carpentry
• All aspects of plumbing
• Patch plastering
• Tiling
• Painting & Decorating
• Maintenance works in occupied domestic properties

We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative who:

• Holds a full UK driving licence
• Has their own tools
• Has relevant industry experience
• Has relevant experience within social housing

In return, the Multi Trade Operative will receive:

• 21 - 22 per hour (CIS payments available)
• Company van & fuel card
• Weekly pay
• Long term work
• Overtime available
