• You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in social housing

• Work will be carried out across stock in the West Midlands

Profile

• Previous experience working on social housing repairs and maintenance
• Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 minimum)

Job Offer

• Salary up to 32,000 per year + excellent on call/overtime rates and completion bonuses (OTE circa 45k pa)
