Job summary

Bromford is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Empty Homes team in Coventry. You will refurbish properties to high standards before new customers move in.

You’ll work Monday–Friday with a company van, tools, and a reliable salary with overtime opportunities. Manage your own workload in a supportive team, ensuring homes are ready for new tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience across carpentry, plumbing and plastering is essential.
• High standards of workmanship and pride in your craft.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
• Basic DBS is required and will be arranged by us.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and refurbishment in Empty Homes to bring properties to a high standard.
• Manage workload across local area with support from the team.
• Carry out carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general repairs as required.
• Ensure quality finish and customer satisfaction.

You will manage your own workload across your local area while being supported by an experienced team.

You'll Need
