Bromford in Coventry is looking for a skilled Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Empty Homes team and prepare properties for new tenants. You’ll work Monday to Friday with a company van, fuel, tools, and a tablet, ensuring a reliable salary with overtime options and no invoice chasing.

You’ll perform plumbing, plastering and finishing work across your local area, balancing a predictable workload with strong workmanship and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing and plastering essential).
• High standards of workmanship.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• The ability to work independently.
• Basic DBS required (we'll arrange this).
