Correct Contract Services Ltd is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform building maintenance and refurbishments across social housing properties, with a focus on carpentry, tiling, painting and plumbing. You will deliver high-quality work and maintain professional conduct on site.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience, a clean UK driving licence and a DBS check. Work is on-site with residents and CCS clients, coordinating effectively, keeping records, and complying with

Qualifications

• General competence in the given trade.
• NVQ 2 or equivalent.
• General experience in building maintenance, with a bias toward carpentry.
• Punctuality, professionalism, flexibility and working knowledge of Mobile PDA.

Responsabilités

• Maintain timeframes and high-quality finishes safely.
• Deliver high-quality service to clients and residents.
• Work in line with company procedures and industry codes of practice.
• Carry out repairs and minor works after installations.
• Assist installers with installations and making good.
• Carry out bathroom refurbishment including carpentry, tiling, painting, minor plumbing.
• Order materials and manage own jobs for quick client resolution.
• Record work in back-office system and timesheets weekly.
• Liaise with residents and CCS clients about works.
• Ensure PPE and equipment are calibrated and in good working order.
• Keep appointments and inform tenants/clients accordingly.
• Stay up to date with codes of practice involving your discipline.
• Produce certificates or job sheets and reports as required.
• Submit timesheets, delivery notes, expenses and other documentation weekly.
