Riverside is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to perform general multi-trade works across planned maintenance upgrades, including kitchens and bathrooms, with sites primarily in Riverside stock throughout London. The successful candidate will be provided with new tools, a van, fuel card, and all PPE.

Role requires experience in construction, knowledge of maintenance legislation, and a strong commitment to health and safety.

Formación

• Experience within the construction sector.
• Good understanding of legislation in maintenance and property management.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• NVQ 2 or NVQ 3 qualifications in painting and decorating, plastering, or tiling would be desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out general multi-trade activities including painting and decorating, tiling, and plastering as per specifications.
• Carrying out routine carpentry and plumbing tasks as required.
• Complying with Building Regulations Approved Documents and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
• Working flexibly as part of a team to deliver the annual component replacement target.
• Maintaining, replenishing and keeping records of materials issued for van stock.
• Ensuring Health and Safety procedures and processes are followed.
• Demonstrating excellent customer service standards and a work ethic that avoids complaints.
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties as required by your line manager.
