Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to perform general multi-trade duties across Riverside stock in the London area. The role is permanent and full-time, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working on planned maintenance upgrades in occupied sites.

Successful candidate will receive new tools, a van, fuel card and all PPE, with flexible working options and opportunities for learning and development.

Qualifications

• Experience within the construction sector
• A good understanding of legislation in maintenance and property management
• Good standard of education
• Good customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out general multi-trade tasks (painting, decorating, tiling, plastering)
• Perform routine carpentry and plumbing as required
• Work to Building Regulations and Fire Safety orders
• Support annual component replacement targets
• Manage jobs via One Serve and keep stock records
• Maintain health and safety procedures at all times
• Deliver excellent customer service and address issues promptly
• Carry out other duties as directed by line manager
