Job summary

Active Prospects is seeking a Maintenance Operative in Surrey to perform day-to-day maintenance repairs across owned and managed services. You will handle responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment work, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong plumbing skills, experience in bathroom fit-outs, and a minimum of five years in multi-trades. NVQ Level 2/3 is expected, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience as multi-trades and bathroom fit-outs/plumbing.
• NVQ Level 2/3 qualification.
• Experience in maintenance and refurbishment works.

Responsibilities

• Work on day-to-day maintenance repairs of Active Prospects owned/managed services.
• Carry out responsive repairs and planned maintenance and refurbishment works.
• Support in project delivery to high quality works on time, to cost and resources.
• Manage all equipment and tools associated with maintenance including company vehicles.
• Carry out maintenance administration and paperwork as required.
• Assist with ground maintenance team when necessary.
