Wynex People Ltd in Coventry is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Engineer to join our permanent, full-time team. You will perform diverse property maintenance and repair tasks with a focus on quality workmanship and safety.

The role requires practical experience across multiple trades, the ability to diagnose faults, and the readiness to work independently with your own van and tools. Monday to Friday schedule, competitive salary, and long-term prospects.

• Experienced Multi-Trade Engineer with property maintenance and repair expertise.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform appropriate remedial work across trades.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general property maintenance and multi-trade repair work.
• Diagnosing faults and completing appropriate remedial works.
• Undertaking repairs across various trades, depending on experience and job requirements.
• Completing plumbing, carpentry, brickwork, plastering, painting, decorating and general handyman repairs, where competent.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a professional standard.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment.
• Working independently and managing tasks efficiently.
