Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in the North East London area. The role involves delivering both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across client sites, with travel within the local area and a focus on high standards of service.

You will perform a range of trades, attend to defects, and ensure compliance with safety standards while providing outstanding customer support.

Qualifications

• Time-served experience across multiple trades within a maintenance role.
• Full valid UK driver’s license.
• Confidence working independently and in customer-facing environments.
• Comfortable using handheld IT equipment for work management and documentation.
• Strong communication skills, reliability and a good work ethic.
• Health & safety awareness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality workmanship and first-time fixes where possible.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Independently manage maintenance tasks across multiple trades (plastering, carpentry, flooring, tiling, locks, repairs).
