Job summary

MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter for a temporary contract covering Guildford and surrounding areas. You will carry out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties, performing carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general repairs with a focus on first-visit solutions.

Working hours are 08:00am to 17:00pm, with up to 7 jobs per day. A company van is provided to support onsite work.

Qualifications

• Experience in reactive repairs in social housing.
• Skilled in multi-trade works including carpentry, plumbing and plastering.
• Ability to diagnose faults and complete on first visit where possible.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.

Multi Trade Carpenter Guildford & Surrounding Areas

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to work with a leading Social Housing Contractor on a temporary basis, covering Guildford and the surrounding areas. This is a 3-month ongoing contract offering a competitive day rate of £180-£200 per day, depending on experience. Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance.
