The Multi Trade Carpenter role:

We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy, and supported; therefore, Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.

• Use your skills to undertake multi trade work, including jobs related to plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair. Working in a domestic setting, you have the opportunity to utilise your fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities.
• Attending reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, and on occasions planned refurbishment jobs (within void properties).
• Typical repairs can include 2nd Fix Carpentry, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work.
• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team or with the residents.
• Emergency call out will be expected, on a rota basis.

What you will bring as a (Trade):

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade.
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic/social housing environment, or relevant response environment experience (albeit not essential).
• Having a passion for making a difference to people's homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills and enjoy working with people.
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK.
