Job summary

Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join a busy housing maintenance team in Bracknell, Berkshire. The role involves working across occupied and void social housing properties, completing high-quality repairs while providing excellent customer service.

You will work independently, manage your daily workload and represent the client professionally. The position offers a 12-week temporary contract with potential to go permanent, and includes a company van

Qualifications

• Strong carpentry and general property maintenance skills.

• Competence in basic plumbing, plastering, tiling or decorating.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Multi Trade Carpenter – Bracknell

Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join a busy housing maintenance team in Bracknell, Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi Trade Carpenter with a strong carpentry background and experience in property maintenance.

Multi Trade Carpenter Responsibilities

Multi Trade Carpenter Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Carpenter, Carpenter or Joiner.
• Strong carpentry and general property maintenance skills.
• Experience in social housing or domestic repairs is preferred.
• Competence in additional trade disciplines, including basic plumbing, plastering, tiling or decorating.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent workmanship.

Multi Trade Carpenter Pay and Benefits

• £25.00 per hour via Umbrella.
• 40 hours per week.
