Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a skilled multi-skilled operative/general builder for a care home refurbishment project on the outskirts of Salisbury. The role is ongoing for the right candidate, with duties across basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plaster patchwork, painting and flooring.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, own tools, and CSCS (preferred) with checkable references. This is an on-site role requiring reliability and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-skilled repair and refurbishment tasks on a care home project in Salisbury.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plaster patchwork, painting and flooring as needed.
• Ensure quality workmanship and comply with site safety requirements.
