• Take overall responsibility for the performance of the retail estate.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to drive performance.
• Set and monitor commercial and operational expectations.
• Analyse store performance and plan improvements.
• Maximise sales, footfall and profitability across stores.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing to translate campaigns into store sales.
• Prepare stores to maximise seasonal and promotional opportunities.
• Develop a strong performance culture across the operation.
• Recruit, onboard and develop retail colleagues.
