Deichmann Shoes is offering an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a Cover Store Manager, supporting our stores in Bexleyheath and surrounding areas. The role is full-time and permanent with travel across a defined geographical area.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams or supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Flexible, able to travel across stores within a defined area.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead by example in promoting and upselling products.
• Drafting rotas, in line with payroll budgets.
• Analysis of sales figures & reports.
• Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained i.e., merchandising, administration.
• Working to targets and hitting company KPI’s.
• Assisting with the recruitment and development of the team.
