Responsibilities

• Test mobile phones and check functionality.
• Assess device condition and quality.
• Assist technicians in refurbishment and repair workflows.
• Prepare devices and components for refurbishment stages.
• Record products into computer systems and keep stock updated.
• Receive, check, sort and organise stock.
• Pick and pack customer orders and prepare dispatches.
• Use scanners and tablets to update stock and orders.
• Check work for quality and identify issues.
• Support different teams to meet daily targets.
• Help keep work areas clean, safe and efficient.
