Rollinson Property Services in Abingdon is seeking a Multi-Skilled Tradesman for lead and non-supervisory roles. The position covers on-site management of refurbishments, hands-on work across kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing tasks.

Candidates should have proven trade experience, be reliable, and able to work independently with strong listening and customer service skills. A UK driving license and own tools are required, with a local Oxford area focus.

• Proven experience in bathroom installations and kitchen installations.
• Solid plumbing, carpentry, tiling and flooring (vinyl) skills.
• Experience with structural work including openings and walls.
• Strong painting & decorating ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Multi-Skilled Tradesman - Lead & Non-Supervisory Roles

Salary: Up to £50,000 per year

Location: Abingdon (OX14), Oxford

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We’re a busy refurbishment company with a strong pipeline of local work, looking for solid and reliable multi-trades who take genuine pride in their work.

We currently have two positions available - a Lead Role for someone who can confidently run jobs on site, and a hands-on Multi-Skilled Tradesman role with no supervisory responsibilities (different pay package).

We carry out high-quality residential refurbishments across the Oxford area and believe skilled tradesmen who work professionally, communicate well, and genuinely care about doing a good job should be recognised and rewarded accordingly.

Proven Skills & Experience Required:

To be considered, you must have proven experience in all of the following:

• Bathroom installations
• Kitchen installations
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Tiling
• Structural work (e.g. forming openings, working with structural walls)
• Flooring: vinyl (preferred)
• Painting & decorating (preferred)

Some candidates may be considered if they are weaker in some of the areas above, with a view to training them up.

The Lead Role:

You’ll be running jobs on site while remaining hands-on, working across kitchens, bathrooms, and full refurbishments. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

This is a key role within the company and will suit someone who is comfortable taking ownership, being accountable for their work, and leading jobs from start to finish.

Lead Role Responsibilities:

• Leading jobs on site and keeping projects on track
