Job summary

Sterling Services is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operatives to join a growing property repairs and maintenance team. The role focuses on plastering with additional multi-trade skills across residential properties, including joinery, painting, and kitchen installations, with a view to long-term career progression.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on plastering experience, multi-skilled capability, and the ability to work independently on projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on plastering experience with multi-trade skills.
• Experience in joinery, carpentry, painting or decorating is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple trades.
• Willingness to learn new trades and adapt to varying projects.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering works and prepare walls and ceilings.
• Undertake multi-trade repairs and maintenance in residential properties.
• Complete joinery tasks: doors, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen installations.
• Carry out renovations, painting and decorating, bathrooms and kitchens refurbishment.
• Work independently and with other tradespeople when required.
• Maintain professional and customer-focused approach in tenants' homes.
