WT Building Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable Multi-Tradesperson with plastering and general labouring experience to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will work on building and maintenance projects, perform plastering to a high standard, assist with various trades, and uphold health and safety while delivering quality workmanship on site.

Qualifications

• General labouring experience on building and maintenance projects.
• Proficient plastering and surface finishing skills.
• Ability to work across multiple trades with accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out plastering, skimming, patch repairs and surface preparation.
• Undertaking general labouring duties and assisting with day-to-day building works.
• Preparing work areas, including protecting surfaces and moving materials.
• Assisting with basic maintenance, repairs and general property refurbishment.
• Carrying out minor repairs across multiple trades where competent.
• Loading, unloading and handling building materials and equipment.
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe throughout each job.
• Following health and safety procedures and using tools and equipment correctly.
• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, clients and other tradespeople.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and skilled Multi-Tradesperson with a strong background in general labouring and plastering to join our team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience working on building and maintenance projects, with the ability to carry out plastering work to a high standard while assisting with a variety of general building and multi-trade tasks. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, works well independently and as part of a team, and maintains a professional attitude on site.
