Job summary

UPP Ltd in Leeds is hiring a Multi-Skilled Technician (Electrical) to deliver planned and responsive maintenance on residences. The role runs Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00, with an on-call rota each week in 1 in 3, and a salary around £39,654.

You will perform comprehensive electrical tests and report safety hazards to management. Essential City & Guilds and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations are required, with further desirable qualifications in PAT testing and advanced electrical certifications.

• Essential electrical qualifications and wiring regulations knowledge.
• Experience with electrical safety testing and compliance.
• On-call and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned and reactive electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Carry out emergency light, RCD/RCBO, and PAT tests as required.
• Maintain records for statutory compliance and servicing SLAs.
• Liaise with subcontractors and assist the wider team on site.
• Participate in on-call rota and assist with other trades as needed.

UPP currently has an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Technician (Electrical) to join our team. This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week from 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs Monday to Friday.Salary Circa. £39, 654.
