Job description

Exciting Opportunity for Multi Skilled Shift Engineer in Cambridge!

Are you a skilled maintenance electrician with a passion for commercial LV/HV systems? This is your chance to join a leading FM contractor on their site in Cambridge!

What You'll Do:

1. Provide first-line response for planned and reactive maintenance on all M&E plant.
2. Carry out PPMs on a wide range of equipment, including pumps, motors, drives, AHUs, LV switch gear, PLC's, SCADA systems.
3. Perform generator testing, UPS maintenance, and emergency light and fire alarm testing.
4. Handle small electrical works such as rewiring, socket replacements, lighting upgrades, and lamp changes.
5. Execute all site HVAC PPMs and reactive plumbing PPMs.
6. Liaise with subcontractors regarding call-outs, installations, and major services.
7. Document all work via the client's E-logbook system.

What You'll Need:

1. C&G / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations
2. 18th Edition qualification
3. Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance
4. Proven experience maintaining LV/HV systems
5. Excellent client-facing skills and a positive attitude
