Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £47,500 Per annum.

• Technically qualified (Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing)
• 17th or 18th Edition (If Electrical)
• Building Services experience

About the role: We are looking to take on board an engineer to be based on a high-end commercial site in Brixworth, Northampton. You will be part of a large team completing maintenance across the site. The site offers free parking along with plenty of overtime. My client would look at candidates from any technical background.

Responsibilities:

• Lighting (small installation, fault-finding, lamping, etc.)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e., hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
