Ethero is seeking a Multi Skilled Production Operative with FLT Counterbalance skills for Barton under Needwood. The role is temporary-ongoing and covers three rotating shifts. You will operate and maintain machines, control product quality, and assist with maintenance while ensuring plant cleanliness and safe operation.

Candidates should have a forklift certificate preferred, good teamwork, and reliable transport. On-site catering, free parking, and free beverages are included.
