Job summary

Ethero is seeking a Multi Skilled Production Operative with FLT Counterbalance experience for a temporary-ongoing role at our Burton area site. You will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, manage quality, and support the maintenance team on a rotating shift pattern.

The role also offers on-site catering, free car park, and regular paid breaks. Own transport is required, and a valid forklift certificate is preferred.

• Highly motivated general operative with drive and enthusiasm to work as part of the shift team.
• Excellent communication and team working skills

• Able to work to deadlines and solve problems

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Avoiding and addressing any faults with equipment and quality issues.
• Liaising with maintenance and assisting where needed.
