Ethero Strategic Staffing seeks a Multi Skilled Production Operative/FLT Counterbalance for Barton under Needwood on a temporary-ongoing basis. The role involves operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, handling a forklift, and ensuring quality and cleanliness across shifts.

You will work across three rotating shifts (early, afternoon and night) with a pay rate of £14.24 per hour. The environment emphasises safety, teamwork and reliability, with on-site catering, paid breaks and free

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate a forklift (cert preferred) and ensure quality control.
• Maintain manufacturing assets and liaise with maintenance.
• Ensure plant routines are followed and areas are cleaned and inspected regularly.

Job Description

Multi Skilled Production Operative/FLT Counterbalance, Barton under Needwood.

Job Type: Temporary-ongoing.

Key Duties

• Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Operating a forklift - valid Certificate preferably
• Controlling the quality of product
• Responsible for the manufacturing assets
• Liaising with maintenance and assisting where needed
• You will inspect, carry out and ensure that plant routines are regularly adhered to and that the cleanliness of the plant mechanism, plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment are at all times properly and regularly inspected, cleaned in accordance with site instructions.

Working across the 3 rotating shifts the average pay rate is £14.24 per hours.

Any lawful deductions will be explained clearly before engagement. Statutory deductions such as Tax, National Insurance, and pension contributions (where applicable) will apply.

Working Pattern

• Morning shift: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:15; Paid Breaks.
• Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:15; Paid Breaks.
• Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 06:15; Paid breaks 06:00-14:15; 14:00-22:15; 22:00-06:15.
