Role Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks within the production operative role, after full training, to 100% compliance at all times
• Perform all aspects of the production operative functions diligently, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
• Maintain good manufacturing practices
• Ensure full compliance with site-based systems like ISO 9002, HACCP, Health & Safety policies, environmental standards, and Investors in People
• Support operational improvements and identify efficiencies within the team
• Minimize product wastage and reduce the need for remixes
• Perform other reasonable management requests
• Experience in fast-moving food manufacturing environments
• Understanding of ISO 9001/BRC, Food Safety, Hygiene, HACCP, COSHH, pest control, and relevant food legislation
