Quality Assurance Manager - Food Production

Location: Nottingham, NG3

Salary: £35-40K, 8-5 Mon-Fri

Are you a food industry professional with experience up to Quality Manager level (or quality supervisor on a large site), looking for an exciting and challenging senior role within a multi-site food manufacturing group?

This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the site and advance your career through training and progression within a well-established and stable food group.

The role primarily focuses on QA and hygiene functions, ensuring the site is always BRC audit ready. You will also lead a small team.

The Role

• Full-time, permanent senior food manufacturing role based on-site in Nottingham.
• Line management of the QA team.
• Responsible for food hygiene and safety on site.
• Ensure all technical systems are audited and BRC accreditation is maintained.

The Person

• Academic and professional background at a senior level in the food production sector.
• Previous management experience leading a quality team.
• Level 4 in Food Safety and Level 3 HACCP or higher.
• Experience in auditing and managing BRCGS accreditation.
