Multi Skilled Production Operative

Location: Corby

Total Working Hours/Week: 42

Salary: £33,349.68 starting salary – increases to £39,233.38 after 3 months. This is a straight to permanent contract!

Shift Pattern (Continental):

• Monday / Tuesday day shift 06:00-18:00
• Wednesday & Thursday off
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday Nightshift 18:00-06:00
• Monday & Tuesday off
• Wednesday, Thursday & Friday day shift 06:00-18:00
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday off
• Monday / Tuesday night shift 18:00-06:00
• Wednesday & Thursday off

Pertemps is recruiting for Multi Skilled Production Operatives for a food manufacturing client based in Corby. Our client offers a stable working environment and a welcoming team. Role Responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks within the production operative’s role, after full training, ensuring 100% compliance at all times
• Carry out all production functions diligently, maintaining health and safety standards
• Maintain good manufacturing practices
• Ensure compliance with site-based systems such as ISO 9002, HACCP, Health & Safety policies, environmental standards, and Investors in People
• Support operational improvements and identify efficiencies within the team
• Minimize product wastage and reduce the need for remixes
• Perform any other reasonable management requests
• Experience in a fast-moving Food Manufacturing environment
• Understanding of ISO 9001/BRC, Food Safety, Hygiene, HACCP, COSHH, pest control, and relevant food legislation
