Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer - Plumber to join our team in Bristol, Dunfermline and Derby. The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, testing, and installation of plumbing and medical gas distribution systems across facilities.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance duties, operating building systems, and training staff in light plumbing tasks. You will work as part of a facilities team to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3.
• Maintenance experience required.
• Time management skills essential.
• Ability to work on own with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, installs, tests and troubleshoots water/medical gas systems.
• Respond to general maintenance duties and operate building systems.
• Maintain waste and vent lines and assist on projects.
• Perform plumbing safety inspections and PMs on backflow devices.
