Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer in Bristol to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs across building systems. You will monitor operations under limited supervision, applying Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, and Heating/Cooling skills to keep facilities running smoothly.

Reporting to the facilities team, you’ll undertake planned and reactive maintenance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support guests with professional service while coordinating with

Qualifications

• Experience in FM/Maintenance engineering.
• Experience with Reactive and PPM.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Strong customer focus and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of M&E plant.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, safety and company directives.
• Represent CBRE values and provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee work by outside contractors (landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning).
• Complete maintenance and repair records and respond to emergencies.
