Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to service multiple sites around Bristol and nearby areas, including South Wales and Somerset. The role focuses on planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations across building systems.

You will work across several sites, ensuring compliance and safety while supporting other teams and responding to emergencies as needed. The position requires certification in medical gas and strong organisation across a multi-site footprint.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing is essential.
• Experience in a maintenance or facilities environment.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance, repairs, testing, installation, and fault-finding on plumbing and mechanical systems, including water and medical gas supply systems.
• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas systems including valves, fixtures, and outlets.
• Install new water and medical gas piping and fixtures in line with drawings, specs, and regs.
• Maintain waste and vent lines using appropriate equipment.
• Complete plumbing safety inspections and maintenance on backflow devices (where certified).
• Support other departments or contractors with plumbing-related projects.
• Act as a technical resource and guide colleagues performing basic plumbing tasks safely.
• Carry out general building maintenance and system operational duties.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and arrange additional support.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
