Job summary

Fortem is seeking a Plumber Multi Trade to join the responsive repairs and maintenance team for Amplius Social Housing group. The successful candidate will perform full plumbing and basic carpentry repairs across a large patch, including St Neots to Peterborough, with travel essential.

Role requires NVQ/City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent, a valid UK driving licence, and DBS clearance. Company van, fuel card, PPE and tools provided; generous benefits and on-call roster apply.

Qualifications

• NVQ/City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent recognised
• Ability to change Cylinders and fixtures independently
• Pass DBS check and hold valid UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Carrying out full plumbing and basic carpentry repairs in social housing properties
• Coordinate with supervisor and other trades as needed
• Record data and progress using relevant systems
• Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and clients
• Procure materials and manage budget/time constraints
