Job description

Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join a leading Housing Association undertaking Repairs and Maintenance works around Chingford and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties.
2. Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include installation of taps, sinks, showers, and other plumbing and heating systems.
3. Able to carry out remedial carpentry/joinery, tiling, external fencing, etc. within a social housing setting.
4. Work efficiently and safely in line with best practices to achieve excellent customer experience.

This is a contract role offering GBP20.00 - GBP25.00ph with both CIS and Umbrella options available.

Must have:

1. Full UK driving licence as a company van will be provided.
2. NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade.
3. Strong Health and Safety knowledge.
4. Experience of working in both occupied and void properties, ideally in social housing.
