Job summary

Build Recruitment, on behalf of its client, seeks an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer to join the Damp & Mould team in Birmingham for a 12-week contract on social housing projects. The role covers reactive and planned maintenance, carrying out repairs to meet high standards.

You will have plastering and plumbing experience, hold a full clean licence (max 5 points), and work with a view to first-visit resolutions. A van and fuel card are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a plasterer or multi-skilled tradesperson.
• Plumbing experience is required.
• Full, clean driving licence (max 5 points).

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks on social housing properties, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Take ownership of assigned work and resolve issues on first visit where possible.
• Complete tasks within allocated budgets and timelines.
• Operate in accordance with Health and Safety policies.
• Keep up to date with technical advancements and legal requirements.
• Execute duties with minimal supervision while maintaining quality.
