Job summary

Equans is looking for a Plasterer to join our Birmingham team on a permanent basis. This full-time role works within Social Housing in partnership with Birmingham City Council. A competitive salary and a company van are offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

To be successful you should have City & Guilds plastering or equivalent experience and a valid driving license, with the ability to diagnose plastering issues and deliver high quality repairs on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds (Plastering) or equivalent experience.
• Current valid driving license.
• Experience in diagnosis of plastering and building issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete high quality plastering and related repairs in social housing.
• Deliver work with high levels of customer service daily.
• Ensure job is completed in one visit where possible.
• Work with client and teams to achieve KPIs.
