Job summary

Equans is looking for a Plasterer to join our team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working in partnership Birmingham City Council within Social Housing.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds (Plastering) or equivalent experience.
• Current valid driving license.
• Appropriate level of experience within building construction and repairs and maintenance.
• Demonstrate experience in diagnosis of Plastering and general building issues.
• Ability to utilise Information Technology and Personal Digital Assistants (PDA’s).

Responsibilities

• Complete high quality plastering, repairs and refurbishments with excellent customer service daily.
• Perform plastering and multi-skilled works to finish jobs in one visit.
• Adhere to Equans values, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, customers and stakeholders daily.
• Assist the team to meet KPI targets.
• Coordinate with all teams to ensure delivery of excellent services.

What will you deliver?

• To complete high quality repair, maintenance and refurbishment works and deliver high levels of customer service on a daily basis
• Complete Plastering and multi skilled works in order to complete the job in one visit
• To adhere to all Equans values, policies and procedures
• To work effectively and positively with the client, customers and stakeholders on a daily basis
• To effectively and proactively assist in supporting the team to achieve KPI’s
• Work with all teams and departments within the Company to ensure the delivery of excellent services
