Job summary

Multi-Skilled Plant Operator

Pay Rate: £14.30 per hour
Shift Pattern: Rotating AM/PM Shifts

We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a range of machinery within a busy working environment.

Required Licences & Qualifications

The successful candidate must hold current, recognised operator training/competence certification for the relevant machinery.

You must hold the relevant licences/certifications for:

• Grab Licence
• Loading Shovel Licence
• Forklift Licence

Acceptable accreditation schemes may include:

• NPORS
• RTITB
• ITSSAR

Shift Pattern

This is a rotating shift position:

• AM Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm
• PM Shift: 1:30pm - 10:30pm

Pay: £14.30 per hour

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds valid and current machinery operator certifications
• Has experience operating grab, loading shovel and forklift machinery
• Works safely and follows site procedures
• Is reliable, punctual and flexible to work rotating shifts
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
