JOB TITLE: Multi Skilled Operative - Plumbing essential

LOCATION: Petersfield, East Hampshire

SALARY: Up to £36,691 DOE + van + benefits

DURATION: 12-week Temporary with potential to go Perm

The Employer:

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative - Plumbing essential to work within a housing environment. Our client has a significant 5-year plan focused on creating a sustainable future for social housing, including building new homes and investing in existing properties to foster vibrant, thriving communities.

The Role:

• Fault fixing, maintenance, and repair in customer properties
• Assessing and executing necessary works for tenants
• Handling customer service issues
• Using a laptop to record repairs and organize workload

The Candidate Needs:

• Experience in a similar role or trade background, preferably with Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry/Plastering, and General Maintenance experience
• Understanding of customer needs and quick thinking abilities
• Courteous and professional behavior
• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Basic IT skills
• A clean Driving Licence

Summary:

This is a full-time Temp to Perm role, working 40 hours per week over 5 days.

The role requires a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
