Job summary

Holt Engineering in Ferndown is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator for a hands-on manufacturing role. You will operate production machinery to manufacture foam components, cut and shape materials, assemble parts and follow drawings and instructions to meet customer specifications.

The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing experience, a practical attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills while supporting different areas of production.
