Tarmac is recruiting a Multi Skilled Operative for the Stancombe Quarry and Asphalt Plant near Bristol. You will join an internal team to operate fixed or mobile plant, plan the mixing program, manage stocks, and help ensure on-time deliveries.
The ideal candidate has industrial experience, good communication, and a willingness to develop supervisory skills. A UK driving licence and IT literacy are important assets.

We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our amazing team at our Tarmac Stancombe Quarry and Asphalt Plant, which is located in Flax Bourton, Bristol. This role is commutable from Weston‑Super‑Mare, Bristol, Chepstow, Newport, Cardiff, Gloucester and the surrounding areas. Reporting directly to the Section Manager, the duties of the Multi Skilled Operative will include the day-to-day operations of either fixed or mobile plant. The aurry operator will work with an internal team to plan the mixing program, they will ensure that stocks are maintained and replenished in good time.

The ideal candidate for the role of Multi Skilled Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within an industrial, factory or similar environment as an operative or labourer.
