Job summary

Antac is seeking Multi Skilled Operatives for full-time, permanent roles to maintain and refurbish MoD housing across Larkhill, Tidworth and Bulford.

Ideal candidates have carpentry or plumbing experience; roofing/plastering experience welcomed. We offer a company vehicle and fuel card, uniform and PPE, pension, health discounts, and a referral bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple trades.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own hand tools required.
• Ability to pass security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Quality and compliance checks.
• Upgrading bathrooms and kitchens.
• Assisting with general refurbishment and repair works.
• External repairs including fencing and groundworks.

Job description

Antac is a national organisation offering a range of services including building and maintenance, mechanical, electrical and HVAC services, commercial office cleaning, window cleaning and rope access services. We are looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and refurbishment projects on MoD Housing properties across Larkhill, Tidworth and Bulford.

We are ideally looking for someone with carpentry or plumbing experience however, if you have experience with roofing, plastering and more we’d like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)

• Planned and reactive maintenance tasks

• Upgrading bathrooms and kitchens
• Assisting with general refurbishment and repair works

What are we looking for?

• Previous multi trade experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Own hand tools
• Ability to pass security clearance
