FM Conway is seeking an enthusiastic Multi Skilled Operative to join our team at Theale Asphalt Plant. This is a permanent role involving a mixture of day and night shifts.

As a Multi Skilled Operative, your responsibilities will include operating the plant and associated equipment to produce materials for our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Operating machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with FMC procedures.
2. Loading materials onto vehicles.
3. Performing all loading shovel operations as required.
4. Operating all weighbridge functions as needed.
5. Following site health and safety procedures.
6. Contributing to the overall well-being and profitability of the site and business.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be a team player with good communication skills.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
• Be flexible, computer literate, and health and safety conscious.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
