Mears Group PLC in Milton Keynes is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to perform a range of property maintenance tasks across void and tenanted social housing, including carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing. The role is full-time permanent, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a company van and fuel card.
You will deliver high-quality repairs in occupied homes, record job details on handheld devices, maintain tools and the company vehicle, and meet safety standards.

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Milton Keynes you will be carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plastering, brickwork, tiling, silicone/mastic works, groundworks and minor plumbing in Void and tenanted properties. The role requires a delivering high-quality repairs and installations across domestic properties.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
